Involving service users
The views and needs of service users are at the forefront of our service delivery. We promote this in a number of ways by giving service users the opportunity to express choice to be involved in decisions affecting the support they receive and supporting them to make positive and safe and independent decision and choices while at SIHA. We do this through house meetings, key work, support plan meetings, feedback forms, suggestion boxes, service user workshops and social events. St Ignatius Housing Association also translates their leaflets where possible in other languages. This is to ensure that no service user is excluded in the services we provide due to lack of understanding.
St. Ignatius Housing Association is continually working on ways to improve our services to you. You, the service users have the power to improve the service delivery.
If you would like to find out more about how to get involved please contact your support worker or a member of staff. If you have any ideas/comments/suggestions click here or telephone on 020 8808 0818.
